Prices

Prices on the site are “starting from” prices per person on twin sharing, excluding flights unless stated. The final price depends on your dates, hotels, group size and availability, and is confirmed in your written quote.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry is free and doesn't commit you to anything. A booking is confirmed only after you accept a written quote and make the agreed payment.

Payments, changes and cancellations

Payment schedules, change fees and cancellation charges depend on the hotels, airlines and providers in your trip. They are set out in your quote before you pay.

Visas and documents

We help with visa guidance and applications, but the decision to issue a visa rests with the embassy or immigration authority. Travellers are responsible for valid passports and documents.

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to new enquiries.
